Commercial use

Commercial use for commissioned art

You can use it commercially under the following terms:

• Make sure the art will be properly credited.

• The art can be changed by the commissioner after it’s done.

• Don’t redistribute the unchanged art without adding anything to the final product.

• Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES commercialize them as NFTs.

• Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES use the art for military/police propaganda.

• Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES commercialize the art together with NSFW products such as pornography.

• Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES commercialize the art if you represent any big corporation or brand.

Commercial use for non commissioned art

You can use it commercially under the following terms:

• Make sure the art will be properly credited.

• If the art is a commission done for someone else, make sure to also have their permission.

• The art can be changed/traced/reference AS LONG AS IT’S NOT A COMMISSION DONE FOR SOMEONE ELSE. In that case ask the owner.

• Don’t redistribute the unchanged art without adding anything to the final product.

• Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES commercialize them as NFTs.

• Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES use the art for military/police propaganda.

• Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES commercialize the art together with NSFW products such as pornography.

• Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES commercialize the art if you represent any big corporation or brand.

Non commercial use

You can use it non commercially under the following terms:

• Make sure the art will be properly credited.

• If the art is a commission done for someone else, make sure to also have their permission.

• The art can be changed/traced/reference AS LONG AS IT’S NOT A COMMISSION DONE FOR SOMEONE ELSE. In that case ask the owner.

• Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES use the art for military/police propaganda.

• Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES use the art for marketing if you represent any big corporation or brand.

• Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES use the art together with NSFW contents such as pornography.

Regarding commissions

Commissions Blacklist

Anyone can commission except the following:

• Pedophiles (That includes Loli, babyfur and cub enjoyers)

• Proshippers

• Abusers

• Military/Police supporters

• NFT/Crypto Supporters

• Racists

• Transphobes

• Homophobes

If you’re one of these don’t even try to commission me, as I WILL DO background checks and will gladly write a callout. If you show any kind of attitude supporting the above during the commission process i retain the right of stopping your commission without any refunding. The money will be donated to Trans people supporting NGOs.

The commission process

General info:

I’ll only start your commission after the paypal invoice is paid.

I’ll never ask for any kind of personal details that aren’t relevant to the commission. I’ll always be as friendly as possible so you feel comfortable commissioning me, please do the same!

After the commission is done, you’ll receive a .zip via any preferred e-mail containing the final art and a thank you note.

When commissioning music:

• You’ll have the right to three revisions:
  • Two general mood/feeling/genre revision - You’ll be able to ask for changes in instruments/melodies and harmonies.
  • One Mix/Master revision - You’ll be able to ask for changes in the equalization/volume and general mix effects.

When commissioning animations:

• You’ll have the right to three revisions:
  • One for character and scene composition - You’ll be able to ask for changes in details of your characters and the scene in general.
  • One for animation - You’ll be able to ask for changes in the general animation. One for shading - You’ll be able to ask for changes in the shading color.

General commission dos and don’ts

• DOs:
  • Negotiate a friendly price if bulk commissioning me :)
  • Treat me friendly.
  • Communicate any kind of mistakes i do in our communication that makes you feel uncomfortable.
  • Send me references/moodboards/sketches.
  • Recommend music to listen to while doing your art :)
• DON’Ts:
  • Mistreat me, that includes:
    • Harass me for extra revisions/lower prices once i gave the final offer.
    • Try to gaslight me into thinking you have extra revisions.
    • Offend me
    • Threaten me
    • Any kind of sexual harassment.
  • Try to buy art if i don’t want to sell to you.
  • Try to buy art i don’t want to do.

If you do any of the don’ts bulleted above while commissioning me i retain the right of stopping your commission without any refunding, as well as posting a beware post online.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund under the following conditions:

• Before the first revision, you can ask for a 100% refund under any circumstance.

• Before the second revision, you can ask for a 100% refund if your art is more than 1 month delayed. Otherwise you can ask for a 50% refund under any circumstance.

• Before the third revision, you can ask for a 100% refund if your art is more than 2 months delayed. There’s no refunds in any other circumstances besides delay on the third revision.

Tips

Yes please. Just don’t use the tipping as an excuse to offend/mistreat me.
